4. 4D or Toto; Don't waste your money!
The returns or rewards may be very high but the chance of winning is close to ZERO % !
A roullete wheel has 37 numbers. If you bet a favourite number, you may stand
the whole night watching the wheel spins, still, you don't win once. 4D's odd is,
one in 10,000. Imagine a roulette wheel with 10,000 numbers.
When do you think the ball will drop into your number?
I believe you have to stand by the wheel, a few years or more.
Now, Toto's odd is about, I don't know, how many hundred-million to one.
Foget about the wheel, your chance of winning is like a sand in a desert!
When will you win? Most likely, not in your life times. There is a saying,
"the chance of striking a lottery is like the chance of been striked by lightning."
To strike Toto, is like striked by lightning, twice, at the same place!
I know, many of the 4D/Toto's die-hards are shouting at me now.
Sorry man, get real, reality bites very hard sometimes.
The only bet selection strategy I can think of, but have not done any R&D,
is to increase your odd of winning by buying more numbers at the same draw
and at the same time, eliminate all the past opened numbers of perhaps, two years,
given the notion that opened numbers are unlikely to repeat over a certain period,
opposite to the law of the third. Repeats are rare due to the high odd, also 10,000:1.
First, need to determine the average period of times a set of number repeat itself or
open again. This can be caculated as all the opened numbers info. are easily available.
I guess you can also safely "box" (combination of 4D) all the two years opened numbers
and barred them too. This will further reduce the 10,000:1 odd or impove you chance of
winning quite a bit. Let call this new odd, X. If you buy 100 numbers, your odd will be further
improved by X÷100. That will comes to a viable win odd. All die-hards of 4D, if you
can't stop buying 4D, you may like to tweet, develop and improve this bet selection strategy further.
At least, this may improve your position. This strategy is only a logic deduction.
The odd against you is still 10,000:1. So, I would rather advise you to invest your money
elsewhere. I know, some are shouting," such small amount, invest where?"
My advice would be, save it up until it is enough to invest on better return entities
instead of throwing them away in the deep sea of Toto.
Therfore, 4D may have very good returns but very very slim chance of winning.
Come to think of it, the return is very unfair. If you play $1 small only, your average win
is $2,000+. But the odd is 10,000:1. What happen to the 8,000? Even if you win,
you win 20% payout and lose 80%. What a bad deal!!!!
Toto? Forget about it. Be smart! Don't waste your time and $. Stop dreaming.
If you want to fantasize, go see a movie, fantastic value and last longer.
Money should makes more money, don't throw them away.
Investment means buy good returns, not hope and dream.
With such small chance of gaining a return, number games cannot be
considered as an investment option. In fact, it is the mother of pure gambling
as its return purely depends on the unknown - so-called, luck which may never come!
