this will affect his cv adnd career. He will not be able to goes back to his experiences. Of course he can tell his employer temporary. In f&b, another kind of politics at play. The managers are rivalies among each other, makan companies money and benefits here and there and act like they are above the rules of companies. The cooks and staff also another group and formed another kind.

In south korea, they would rather not work if the pay and job scope does not match their certificates. My jap company cannot setup office in south korea because they paid too low below the market rate, nobody want to work for them.
