Collections

An account number will be given via email for 2 methods, they are DBS ATM or internet transfer.

Once transfer done, email these details to me:

- Nickname or real name
- Date of transfer
- Amount sent
- ATM or Internet transfer reference number

Information will be saved as part of the accounting process.

In Summary for the contribution:

1) Receipt for the food delivery
2) Document for the aid given

3 layers to track expenditure and 2 layers for documentation.

Charity Project

Start by sending an email, i will reply with the transfer details. Contribution window will last 2 weeks.

Aid will be ordered via hypermarket. Upon delivery, a member of the forum will be present to collect 2 things .

The delivery order and the document to certify the aid given.

Rough guide of the time line:

1) 1 month before post thread to appeal for contribution.
2) 1st & 2nd week Contribution window opens.
3) 3rd week Order fresh produce.
4) 4th week Collect and scan document.
5) 5th week Update in charity forum.

Total 823 has been paid out to Naige already. Gave an extra SGD 4.55 to purchase 2 pcs of files.

1) To keep all supplier receipts.

2) To keep all documents certifying our contributions from the homes.

2) Transfer period maintain 2 weeks.
