  		My colleagues and i have been going around collecting donations for CHILDREN’S AID SOCIETY @ Clementi.

This is for the upcoming Christmas Celebrations and we hope members of AB can help in giving to these less fortunate kids to also feel the warmth on this day where everyone in our younger days look foward to.

We hope everyone can lend a helping hand foward. Our primary aim is to collect gifts (preferbly brand new or unused) for these kids as well as donations for the Christmas Party. Canned foods (eg, Milo, Jam, Peanut Butter, etc.) are welcome for future use since we are collecting we decided to make the full use of the opportunity. Volunteers are welcome for collection as well as running the Christmas Party.

The cost of the Christmas Party is estimated to be around $2,000 for all the kids (est. 75 kids in total) as we are still in negotiation with some suppliers and firends for a good-will price. Currently we have received around $600 dollars and around 18 gifts, a little short of our target so we hope to use AB as a channel to reach out to members here. A list of accounts of donations will be made transparent to all the donors and members here.
