Food Collection and Delivery (SINGAPORE)

Good Morning Team AB Charity,

Very delighted to hear all arrived safe and sound in every trip made. In this project, we had achieved a great feat in been able to collect and stockpile food items for the needy.

The attendance was really very forthcoming and in the space we manage to compile interest from 25 friends.

You had come from all over Singapore to play a part and i applause your effort, time and kind hearts. With this, we had completed our first SOUL sub-project.

In July 2011, we will be packing and commence the distribution to the 280 needy families. Please give us some feedbacks in how we can do better by email.

I had co-ordinated this effort from Brunei, if there were any shortcomings in the communications, sincerely appreciate your kind understanding.

TIME SCHEDULE

1300hrs - All vehicles and 1st Wave Volunteers report to the 4 locations.

1330hrs - Volunteers with vehicles deliver 1st load of food items to Downtown East.
- Volunteers without vehicles continue loading food items onto other vehicles.

1500hrs - Volunteers with vehicles deliver 2nd load of food items to Downtown East.
- Volunteers without vehicles will follow the 2nd trip to Downtown East.

1600hrs - 2nd load arrives all help to unload items.
1630hrs - Take early dinner.

1730hrs - Commence Delivery to Wellness Community - Only require 1 trip.
1800hrs - 2nd wave Volunteers arrive at Wellness Community - Look for Jiajun immediately.

1830hrs - Arrival of vehicles - Commence unloading of all food items to Wellness storeroom.
2000hrs - Project comes to close.

I will need 20 cars to help with the collection on top of the vans and lorries..... Thanks.
