Good Day to all,
Before i begin, i would like to thank friends who had contributed to this road trip. I had met many people and they are all very committed to helping the poor in any capacity within means.
My first stop is Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA. This trip was extra special as House of Joy, just met with a mishap, their original home had been burnt down due to a fire accident, fortunately no one was hurt. However in assets wise, they lost everything. They now seek to rebuild their home and raise funds.
With my friend, GY and MH, we clarified what they needed then head down to Tesco to purchase everything. the list of items are as follows:
01) 100kg of rice
02) 60 pcs toilet rolls
03) 64 mandarin oranges
04) 216 packets of milk
05) 10 packets of oatmeal
06) 20 pairs of slippers
07) 24 refill packets of Dettol body wash
08) 03 Bottles of Dettol body wash
09) 36 bars of Life Buoy soap
10) 100 hangars
11) 06 tins of Julie Love Letters
12) 20 tins of condensed milk 505g ea
13) 25kg of cooking oil
14) 01 clothes rack
Total for 01 - 14: RM 1276.22
15) Lunch for 50 people RM 5 ea
Total for 15: RM 250
Grand Total: 1276.22 + 250 = RM 1526.22
