AB SHOULD impose new ruling bocoz the existing one not favor to small team. Small team very hard to survive, big team getting bigger. small team slowly die off...

Can AB Admin try to ammend some rules and delegate the power down for team leader, team leader can't do much in order to manage our team. Should give some authority for team leader to form a team and growth a team.

any good suggestion AB should consider it first b4 turn down our suggestion this to cultivate good suggestions in overall performance.
