Hi all, I'm not getting notifications when the tipster start a new thread. I've tried unfollow and follow again. this started after the recent update

There are a few rules for the bell notification to be sent when someone starts a new thread: 1. Notification will only be sent once per 10 minutes per forum from that member. (this is to prevent lots of notifications coming from popular members) 2. Notification will not be sent to those who are inactive for 60 days If its still not working as intended, let us know
