Introduction
Aurora Blade is a cool, new role-playing browser game. It does not require any download or installation. Simply open the link in a new browser window, and type your IGG account and password in to start. The main aim of this new game is to build a healthy internet game-playing environment for gamers. With every click of the mouse, you can be changed into different characters or hang out in Barlow Valley with your friends.
In Aurora Blade, whenever you come to a new place, you can step into more than one map to find adventure. On these maps, you may be attacked by aggressive monsters because you’ve invaded their territory or because they just don’t like you. They are monsters, after all. Some high level branch line quests will ask you to conduct exploration of these maps. These are the kind of quests where you can team up with friends to help you fight your way through. Also, the rewards you will get can be very attractive as well. You may be rewarded with Good Fellow Cards used to exchange for high level gear, mine for valuable ore, or the great drops that only come from BOSSes.
If you are not a social person and feel incredibly awkward when making friends with strangers, you can still have a good time in game and win Good Fellow Cards after completing quests. Or just play alone and show off your proficient skills in 1 VS 1, where its easy to win quality gear. Only a very small amount of branch line quests are marked as TEAM quests, which means they must be completed in party. So, even if you do not join any teams, you can still have a lot of fun in game. Your characters can even level up by themselves in case you are AFK for awhile. When you are occupied with something else, log into the game and watch how much your characters can progress by themselves!
Game Features:
There are four classes in Aurora Blade. You can choose whichever one you like to enjoy the game.
Warrior: Warriors excel in close combat and specialize in using all melee weapons. They wear heavy armor to avoid physical damage while striking their opponents with swords and other hand to hand combat weapons. High level Warriors can even decide their own choice of weapon and bring then into full play.
Mage: Mages cause damage to their enemies by casting spells. They try hard to stay away from any close combat because they usually have no melee weapon to defend themselves, and casting spells takes time. Also, according to the ancient agreement of the classes, Mages are allowed to wield their power at the expense of training in and carrying arms. High level Mages can even create their own Specialized Curses.
Knight:Knights are always on the way to their next destination. They don’t have any faith or believe in anything but themselves. They are their own masters. To avoid serious damage, Knights will usually pick long range weapons to take their enemies’ lives. But it does not mean Knights are a pushover in close combat. To enhance their combat speed, knights sacrifice the heavy plate armor for light Chain Mail. This optimizes their attack power and speed.
Priest: Priests excel in casting Deity Spells which are used to treat the injured. Even newbies are able to rescue the dying. Experienced Priests can even revive the dead. Good priests will act as compassionate doctors, giving people professional treatment as well as responsible policemen protecting the weak and serving the cause of justice. Evil Priests however, try everything they can to curse people’s lives.
Each of the four classes has certain advantages over the others, but they are each balanced out by certain drawbacks as well. They are equipped with different gear and are clever at using their different skills. These inherent differences make attribute modification and stats bonuses varied, while also highlighting specific growth routes for specific character classes. All the different paths available for character growth make character building strategies extremely important. Wondering which class your going to use? Jump right in and start exploring!
Rich life skills: Ore collecting, forging, sewing and machining Magic Stone processing are all available in Aurora Blade. These skills make the game more interesting as well as helping you create your own gear and carving characters on it. Most gear is not bound to players and they can be traded and sold at will. Thus, if you create your own gear, enhance it and carve your name on it, this gear may be handed down from one generation to another.
Colossal Class System: The game falls into four classes and each of them has 30 basic skills. Moreover, each class can be transferred to three other types of classes when reaching Level 40 and the advanced classes even have 24 brand new advanced skills. Aurora Blade has up to 216 class skills based upon our professional design and numerous tests. We feel quite confident that the classes in general are very balanced. There is no strongest class, only strong players in the game, which can be proven through the competitions among players available soon.
Competition System: The Competition System is not simply structured PK, it is a platform where players can learn skills and strategies from each other. Use different gear, different skills, or even controlling your character differently will have different effect in combat. Many players often wonder what it is that separates them from the top players. It’s this attitude of study towards the game. Being unafraid to challenge stronger players simply to test strategies and skills is essential to be the best. Through it you may meet some respectable opponents, some friends and even obtain rich rewards.
PK System: PK Systems play a key role in all MMORPGs; likewise, they provide a place where players can show off their abilities in Aurora Blade. To be a hateful demon or a helpful knight, players have the right to choose. Besides bringing more fun and excitement, the PK System keeps a good balance. For new players, we have protection measures from hostile PK, and we have restrictions and punishment rules as well.
Refining System: Gear that's created or dropped can always be enhanced. Players can upgrade its level through the Refining System. This type of gear includes two-handed weapons, one-handed weapons, ranged weapons, spell weapons, breastplates, pauldrons, leggings, boots and off hand gear.
Class Transfer System and Rebirth System: As long as players have at least 30 basic skill points, they have the choice to transfer their class. Class Transfer subdivides the four basic classes and enables each special class to have its own strong abilities.
After reaching Level 60, players can be reborn by completing certain quests. What’s the benefit of rebirth?
A character that's been reborn will have more attribute points to distribute than before and are able to use specially designed, stronger gear. When completing all the main quests before Level 60, players can then accept the rebirth quest. Once defeating the Nirvana Area Guardian, the rebirth quest is done! After being reborn, except for the level returning to 1, characters still possess their former top gear and skills. All items will still be in their backpack, and warehouse. The Rebirth System gives your character a second chance at life but without the weakness of starting over!
