The stock market is where stocks of companies are being traded. Each day, billions of dollars worth of stocks are being bought or sold. The stock market is where people can make a fortune or lose a fortune in a single day. Thanks................
It's a very pain lesson and a very long journey to master.
Soccer punting is better choice. You lost the amount in 90 minutes game, touch wood. But in stock, it can last you your lifetime in agony, possibly.
Fully agreed....don't learn stock...most of whom i know involving in stock are in deep shit, lose soccer betting at most is 10-30k....in stock losing-> 100k -200k is norm. if you don't have the capital to be the banker of the stock you intend to own and manipulate....don't waste your time.
Stock price is a market value of a company ability to perform in the future and are legally traded in exchanges in each country, upward and downward movement reflects economics cycle in a broad sense. One can open an account with a stock broking firm to trade them.
Generally speaking there are two approach by market participants either speculative(short term contra trading) or investment(buy and hold for longer term) oriented using technical analysis or base on fundamental.
Best to start small when you are a beginner, read books written by financial gurus and attending course or seminar to enrich one's knowledge along the way.
Its a very broad subject and can take years to learn.
