  		As usual and no more feeling , lost all my 2k+, today kuai kuai working, tmr mor flight to thailand see master, got dirty thing follow me, jin jialak, bet 10 times lost 10 times , very upset, no body can beat me in bad luck, last 20 dollar chip throw into the sea, went home empty.

i just wish to say, as long u keep gambling you will lose whatever you have. the only way to turn the salted fish is unless u strike a big 4d or toto. or just be a good man and work hard.
if u gamble with your last bits of cash you will only lose all. its not bad luck following you. its a very simple logic, without confidence there is totally no way of winning. the only way to have this confidence is when u have loads of cash stashed in your bank knowing that u lose this 2k 5k is no big deal. why do u think casino got no pressure cos they got loads of cash stashed in their vaults, they will never scare you win them 10 times your capital, they only scare you dun come lose all your hard earn money.
i am speaking as a man similar to your situation in the past. i tried to pm u earlier but was unable to do so.

You are absolutely right,  im in pressure every time i bet , heart pulse jumped fast coz i have only limited cash and keep thinking if lose will be jialak , then of course at the end almost confirm lose, unlike long long time ago there was a moment i have plenty of cash and no pressure at all if lose , at that time winning is very easy,  so decided  to stop some times to accumulate more cash first, eg if cash in hand 10k then bring 2 to 3 k , less pressure if lose , look like sell thing go and bet will sooner eaten by casino one by one.

Yes single I live my father now, with great sadness my mum pass on last year.

I don't go on Tuesday and Wednesday night because i got conference meeting and Saturday night because got epl to watch. So probably left 4 nights out of 7. But sometimes i need to travel and outstation for a short period of time because my work is regional 1. don't play play also. wahahaha

I don't have any debts on hand now. wahahahaha my HDB flat i bought joint owners with my parents 12 years ago at 140k only. wahahaha also pay finish liao. woho. CPF more thick , no anxiety now.

Good to hear. Debt free is the best. Wanna pay off my hdb in 10byrs time too but damn sigh its crazy price tag ..
