Maybe try something 
Easy fot the elderlies
like porridge and noodles
dont sell those common side dish like fish cakes or eggs or goh hiang
try fish roe or pig intestines
will make your stall more interestong

  		The best business is rental of home. Get yourself an hdb and rent it out, stay in diffferent countries monthly. You can look at jb and see how much rental yield.
